This Cacao is not a powder but a rich, crumbly form of native cacao. It is minimally processed, which gives it a different texture and taste to most other ceremonial cacaos on the Australian market. It’s less roasted and not tampered into a block and then shaved as is the case with most ceremonial cacao.
