Return and Refund Policy

As a small business we want you to love your purchase, and we take great care to ensure every order is packaged with intention and quality. If something isn’t quite right, please review our policy below. 

Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We are happy to offer a replacement if your item arrives faulty or incorrect due to printing issues within 14 days of delivery. We do not take any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items during transit. 

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. Proof of damage/faulty item is required. If item needs to be returned, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

International Orders

International returns are accepted under the same terms as above. Please allow additional time for international processing.
